When will my order ship?
Our warehouse team moves fast! Orders placed before 2PM PST ship the same day. All other orders ship the next business day and usually arrives within 3 days.
Will grounds get into my cup?
Much like a French Press, you may get a bit of sediment in your cup, but it’s all part of the brew. The microfines and oils that make it through help create a flavorful cup with a smooth mouthfeel. Brewing into a carafe gives you more control. Just leave the last ounce behind, and most of the sediment will stay in the carafe.
What if I get it and it's not for me?
Hey, we get it, we all have our favorite way of enjoying coffee. If you try it and it’s not for you, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase. Just reach out to our customer service team at support@pureover.com and they’ll take care of you.
Do I need any special brewing equipment?
No fancy gear required. The Brew Kit is designed to be simple to use, with built-in features that make brewing easy. That said, we do recommend using a grinder with adjustable grind settings, it helps you dial in your brew for the best flavor.
We love the Fellow Ode 2. It’s durable, precise, and pairs perfectly with the Brew Kit.
What happens if it breaks?
Our products are built to last, but hey-it’s still glass. If something arrives damaged reach out to us at support@pureover.com with a photo and your order info. We’ve got you.

I hate plastic coffee makers, and after learning about the dangers of aluminum I’ve been looking for a pour over instead. My husband is a daily coffee drinker and I’m more of an occasional drinker. I noticed recently after drinking my last cup of watery, burnt tasting, sub-par coffee (which he may have simply adjusted to) that I haven’t had a really delicious cup in years- at home or at a café. I thought back to days of old when we were drinking pour over coffee and how delicious that was, yet how undesirable it was to waste paper filters, spend the money on quality ones or to be without them and realize that we just couldn’t brew a cup at all. The reusable metal filters missed the mark as well.
I found Pure Over through an internet search and between this new brewing method, a good quality hand grinder purchase which gives us a reliable, medium course grind and switching to a clean, low-acid coffee bean, my husband and I are set up for coffee success.
The new coffee and grinder made a difference, but it wasn’t until our Pure Over instrument arrived that our socks were blown off! The coffee just tastes SO PURE. We are big fans and grateful that the morning bean ritual has been elevated to new heights of presence (even just the act of using our beautiful Pure Over is enjoyable!) and quality for us. I’m even drinking more coffee now! I highly recommend setting up a beautiful little coffee ritual space once you make this instrument your own. ♥️
