HOW TO BREW
STEP 1:
Add your coffee directly into the glass carafe then fill with hot water to the top handle connection.
✔️ No need for a gooseneck kettle!
STEP 2:
Stir grounds to saturate, then place the plunger at the top of the water line.
STEP 3:
Wait 4 minutes then press the plunger down, pushing grounds to the bottom of the carafe. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy.

When will my order ship?
Our warehouse team moves fast! Orders placed before 2PM PST ship the same day. All other orders ship the next business day and usually arrives within 3 days.
Will grounds get into my cup?
Our French Press uses a fine-mesh, food-safe stainless steel filter that pushes the grounds to the bottom of the carafe before you pour. You may see a tiny amount of micro-sediment at the very end, totally normal for any French Press. Just leave the last ounce behind and everything else stays in the carafe, giving you a smooth, flavorful cup.
What if I get it and it's not for me?
Hey, we get it, we all have our favorite way of enjoying coffee. If you try it and it’s not for you, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase. Just reach out to our customer service team at support@pureover.com and they’ll take care of you.
Do I need any special brewing equipment?
No special gear needed - the French Press is designed to be simple and easy to use. A grinder with adjustable settings is helpful so you can dial in your perfect cup. The French Press works best with a coarse grind.
What happens if it breaks?
Our products are built to last, but hey-it’s still glass. If something arrives damaged reach out to us at support@pureover.com with a photo and your order info. We’ve got you.
