Why is Pure Over different from other coffee makers?
Most coffee makers rely on plastic components or paper filters. Pure Over uses an all-glass brew path with no paper filters, allowing more natural coffee oils and flavor to come through for a fuller, smoother cup. Designed by glass artists, it’s made to look beautiful and brew even better.
What materials are your products made from?
Will grounds get into my cup?
Once your grind is properly dialed in, you should get very few, if any, grounds or sediment in your cup. We recommend starting with a medium-coarse grind and leaving the last ounce in the carafe, which helps keep your cup extra clean while still allowing the natural oils and flavor to shine through.
What if I try it and it’s not for me?
We know everyone has their own favorite way to enjoy coffee, and that’s exactly why we offer hassle-free 30-day returns. If you try Pure Over and decide it’s not the right fit for your routine, our support team will help make the return process easy, just reach out to us at support@pureover.com.
What if my order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect?
We package everything carefully, but hey — it’s still glass. If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or something doesn’t look right, contact support@pureover.com with your order number and a few photos and our team will help get it sorted quickly.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders placed before 2PM PST typically ship the same business day. Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive tracking information by email.
