Grind 20 grams of coffee to
medium - coarse
Pour grounds directly into glass dripper
Put diffuser lid on, and pour water through until grounds are saturated and let bloom 20 seconds
Continue to pour water through diffuser lid until reached handle connection (10oz)
Optional tips: Gently stir floating grounds to increase extraction
Let coffee drip through till finished.
Optional tip: Gently disrupt bottom cake to end brew at desired time
Place dripper back on base and enjoy!

Nope! Pure Over uses a process called cake filtration to filter your coffee. Cake filtration is a process in which the coffee grounds act as a filter itself. Along with the glass filter, this makes for a bold, full bodied cup of coffee.
Pure Over is made from borosilicate glass, one of the strongest types of glass. Borosilicate glass contains boron trioxide which allows for a very low coefficient of thermal expansion. This means it will not crack under extreme temperature changes, like brewing with hot water. Like with any glass item, you will want to handle it with care, and avoid dropping any of the glass components.
